“ Cheap and quick. If you are familiar with comida corrida you will like it. For 110 pesos you get soup, rice, beans and a choice for main dish in this case pollo en Pibil and poc chuc al ajillo. The location is on 7th ave between 24 and 26. Initially google took us to another place “antojitos orizaba” but it wasn’t it. It is a palapa (straw roof) dining room a few blocks from centro. Really good place for a quick local dish. For 5 people it was about 675. ”
“ This is one of the basic local places in bacalar with very reasonable prices. Food is good and portion is more than enough. No hesitation in recommending for basic food on budget ”
“ We’ve been in Bacalar a little over a month & have eaten at Cocina Orizaba the most. The staff is always attentive & the food is delicious & affordable. ”
“ I usually look at reviews before I visit a place. I am glad I did not today. We had breakfast and it was totally satisfying. I loved the lemon and Chaya drink and enjoyed my chilaquiles. My wife had simple fried egg with beans and tortillas. Nothing out of this world but decent. The spicy red salsa was actually very tasty. I would not necessary be back but was satisfied. ”
“ The chicken tacos doradas were literally the best I've ever tasted and the aqua frescas (I had the melon) were delicious! The Service was spot on. I can't recommend this rustic, unassuming restaurant enough! ”
